If you need some help/ ideas on how to do a better handstand or are just curious as to how a person can hold a handstand longer, here are some tips!
For Balance:
- Squeeze your bottom to make your legs tight.
- Suck in your stomach.
- Keep your arms straight.
- Straighten your knees.
- Point your toes.
- Keep your back straight.

(also another thing to help you hold your handstand is to do a handstand against a wall and kind of sit on the wall while doing so! ;) Hope that helps everyone!)
